New Appointment | 兰州凯悦酒店新任命

廖琨伟先生被任命为兰州凯悦酒店总经理，将全面负责酒店运营，绩效和整体管理的各个方面。

廖琨伟先生出生于马来西亚，并在新加坡长大，对在旅行中认识新朋友和学习新文化的生活方式所吸引。 从墨尔本的拉筹伯大学毕业后，廖琨伟先生在新加坡开始了他的酒店职业生涯。并在新加坡香格里拉大酒店，雅加达香格里拉酒店公寓，马尼拉马卡蒂香格里拉，迪拜商贸饭店和成都香格里拉担任了多个管理职务。随后，他加入凯悦集团，并成功开设了成都君悦酒店和长沙君悦酒店。

“我的主要目标是确保酒店业务发展到更高水平，使兰州凯悦酒店成为该市最受欢迎的酒店，为中国西北地区提供最吸引人的服务。”廖琨伟先生就职总经理角色时表示， “我计划创建一个家庭式的工作环境，并支持团队帮助他们实现个人和职业目标。”

Clavin Leow is being appointed as the General Manager of Hyatt Regency Lanzhou, who will be responsible for all aspects of the Hotel operations, performance and overall management.  

Clavin born in Malaysia and grew up in Singapore, intrigued by the idea of a life filled with travel, meeting new people and learning new cultures. After graduating with from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Clavin commenced his hospitality career in Singapore and rose through numerous of managerial roles at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore, Shangri-La Hotel and Residences Jakarta, Makati Shangri-La Manila, Traders Hotel Dubai and Shangri-La Hotel Chengdu. Subsequently he joined Hyatt group and successfully opened the Grand Hyatt Chengdu and Grand Hyatt Changsha.

“My main goal is to ensure the hotel continues to grow in business by taking it to the next level, making Hyatt Regency Lanzhou the most popular hotel in the city, providing the most engaging service in northwest China,” says Clavin of his inaugural General Manager role. “I plan to create a family-like working environment and support the team to help them reach their personal and professional goals.
