Recently, Mr. Richard Liu was appointed as General Manager of Hilton Foshan, fully in charge hotel operation and commercial management.

Richard brings with his 28 years of professional experience in the tourism and hospitality industry and has gained much knowledge and expertise during his past leadership positions in Starwood, Shangri-La and IHG brand hotels. He first join Hilton Worldwide in 2013 as Director of Operations at Hilton Guangzhou Tianhe, he was General Manager of DoubleTree By Hilton Guangzhou before joining Hilton Foshan.  

As an experienced and well-rounded leader, with strong management, planning, creativity and implementation skills, Richard will lead Hilton Foshan to heat another peak of the market, and delivering Hilton hospitality to the society and make another success to in the future.

Recently, Mrs.Cynthia Zhuang was appointed as General Manager of The Sifang Hotel Nanjing, Autograph Collection fully in charge of the hotel’s operation and management.

Prior to joining The Sifang Hotel Nanjing, Autograph Collection, Cynthia was the Resident Manager of JW Marriott Shanghai at Tomorrow Square. As a professional hotelier with international perspective, Mrs. Cynthia Zhuang has over 14 years working experience in Marriott International Group including the JW Marriott, Marriott, and Renaissance. 近日，长沙梅溪湖金茂豪华精选酒店宣布，尹波先生正式晋升为酒店运营总监，全面负责酒店的总体运营工作。

尹波先生拥有16年酒店从业经验，他的酒店职业生涯之旅始于长沙华天大酒店，是当时长沙市场具有领先地位的酒店。随后，他进入长沙第一家国际品牌酒店——长沙运达喜来登酒店。2017年7月，尹波先生从常德武陵天济喜来登酒店内部调转至长沙梅溪湖金茂豪华精选酒店，担任前厅部经理一职。2019年，尹波先生凭借出色的工作表现及杰出的领导力，晋升为房务总监。在担任房务总监期间，他为团队提供了丰富的专业知识，制定了精准有效的战略方向，带领团队为酒店实现了良好的万豪“宾客之声”分数，业主回报，及携程住客点评分4.9分的高分，在全网外资品牌五星级酒店中排名第一。

Meixi Lake Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha recently announced that Mr. Nick Yin has been appointed as Director of Operation.

As a 16-year hospitality veteran, Mr. Yin commenced his career in the hospitality industry at Changsha Huatian Hotel, an industry pioneer at local market then. After that, Mr. Yin left his footprint at several Marriott International hotels including Sheraton Changsha and Sheraton Changde. In July 2017, he transferred to Meixi Lake Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Changsha as Front Office Manager. In 2019, Mr. Yin was promoted to Director of Rooms for his commitment, dedication and outstanding leadership. During his tenure as Director of Rooms, he has provided a wealth of knowledge and strategic direction to lead the hotel in achieving great Guests Voice results, owner returns, and a praiseworthy score of 4.9 on Ctrip which is the highest one among international five-star hotels in China.

Ms. Yolanda Liang has been officially appointed as the Director of Operations of EVEN Hotel Shenzhen Nanshan.

Yolanda started her career in Marriott since 2008 at Westin Guangzhou Hotel as trainee. She joined Courtyard by Marriott Shunde Longjiang pre-opening team as Front Office Manager and achieved praiseworthy results.While working at Sheraton Guangzhou Hotel last two years, Yolanda had showed her leadership skills in associate engagement, guest voice improvement and service quality enhancement.

He worked in many International Chain Hotel Groups and Inspired by Italian customs and food culture since childhood. He has unique insights into western cuisine from traveling all around the world. During his working period for previous international hotels, he worked hard on Improving the quality of cooking, also keeping keen awareness of catering markets, accumulating rich catering experience and understanding of different customers. Through his solid cooking skills and kitchen management abilities, he gained the respect from all his teams.
