魏龙江先生

魏龙江现任雅高集团大中华区奢华及生活时尚品牌发展高级副总裁，是大中华区奢华品牌签约专家，负责主导推进集团在顶级奢华、奢华及生活时尚酒店品牌领域的发展。

魏龙江曾于中国民航江苏省管理局任职，之后投身酒店行业。从康奈尔大学毕业后，他开始从事酒店管理与发展工作。魏龙江曾在浩华管理顾问公司担任顾问，后于万豪国际酒店集团担任发展总监。随后，魏龙江于希尔顿全球酒店集团任职10年，在奢华和生活时尚酒店品牌领域建树颇丰，曾带领多个国际品牌于中国首发。

雅高集团任命高级副总裁

李理先生

李理现任雅高集团大中华区发展与战略合作高级副总裁，于2021年5月加入雅高集团。他拥有25年丰富的酒店管理经验，专注高端及中端酒店项目发展、特许经营模式以及其他战略合作机会。

李理凭着对合作关系的深刻见解，以及对市场知识的丰厚积累而为业界熟知。李理毕业于西安交通大学旅游与酒店管理专业，曾于多家企业担纲领导职务，包括于国有企业的酒店部门担任领导职务，以及万豪国际酒店集团出任发展部副总裁。他被誉为大中华区表现出色的典范团队主管之一。

重庆解放碑凯悦酒店任命总经理

近日，凯悦酒店集团正式任命任可女士为重庆解放碑凯悦酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的日常运营及管理工作。

任可女士拥有17年酒店从业及管理经验，任可女士的职业生涯起步于凯悦酒店集团，之后服务于万豪、香格里拉等知名国际品牌酒店集团并担任高级管理人员。履新之前，她就任成都群光君悦酒店运营总监一职。

任可女士的酒店职业生涯始于2004年前西安凯悦酒店，之后的13年她在凯悦酒店集团不断发展，曾先后在东莞、天津、成都以及镇江凯悦集团旗下的酒店工作。十多年市场销售的工作经历使得任可女士对市场有着敏锐的洞察力和前瞻力，她对于市场的把握运筹帷幄，善于通过创新销售，调整收益策略等以实现酒店利润最大化。在酒店运营方面，任可女士同样也有着独道的见解。丰富的管理磨练与外派工作支持的阅历，最终成就她成为一名卓越的女性领导者。

闲暇时间，任可女士喜欢通过阅读的方式平衡身心，陪伴家人或养花种草也是她的钟爱。

Ms. Coco Ren, the newly appointed General Manager of Hyatt Regency Liberation Square Chongqing brings and extensive 17 years of experience to her next role. Coco made her start in the hospitality industry in 2004 at Hyatt Hotels and her career spans St. Regis and Shangri-La Hotel Groups as management role. Prior to taking up this new position in Chongqing, Coco was the Director of Operations at Grand Hyatt Chengdu.

Coco commenced her career at the former Hyatt Regency Xi’an, She spent the past 13 years with four Hyatt Hotels in Dongguan, Tianjin , Zhenjiang,and Chengdu in various key leading positions. Coco has a strong Sales & Marketing background with more than 12 years’ experience, which is a valuable asset and positions her well to build a leading sales team in the market. She also brings her own unique perspective to the operations area of the property. Coco’s career path has proven her an inspiring female leader with a strong focus on driving sales and building cohesive teams.

During her spare time, Coco loves reading and being a gardening enthusiast to pursue the welling being of working and life. She also enjoys the quality time with her families.

西安君悦酒店任命总经理

林志永先生

近日，西安君悦酒店正式任命林志永先生出任总经理一职，将全面负责酒店的整体运营及战略发展工作。

 

作为一位资深的酒店管理专业人士，林先生于1988 年加入广州中国大酒店，开启了他的酒店职业生涯，从初级管理者到经验丰富的餐饮部总监，林先生在万豪集团从事餐饮管理工作超过 16 年的时间，积累了坚实的运营工作经验及管理经验。2009 年，他决定离开广州，去往上海新发展亚太 JW 万豪酒店，任职餐饮部总监。两年后，顺利晋升至万豪集团办公室担任运营总监一职，并负责多个城市 6 家酒店的筹开工作。此次，加入西安君悦酒店前，林先生先后在惠州富力万丽酒店、上海新发展亚太 JW 万豪酒店和深圳博林天瑞喜来登酒店担任总经理一职。

金茂深圳JW万豪酒店任命总经理

Mr. Frank Sanders

近日，金茂深圳JW万豪酒店正式任命桑德士先生为酒店总经理，他将全面统筹酒店的运营及管理工作。桑德士先生拥有超过20年的酒店行业管理经验，自1999年投身酒店行业开始，他在万豪集团开启了他多彩的职业生涯，服务过包括万豪、万丽和JW万豪等品牌，足迹遍布中国多个城市和西班牙、卡塔尔、越南等国家和地区。金茂深圳JW万豪酒店将会是他在深圳管理的第一家酒店。

JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen has recently appointed Mr. Frank Sanders as General Manager. Mr. Sanders has extensive experience in the hospitality industry more than two decades. A Marriott International veteran, he joined the company back in 1999 and made his steps into many countries such as China, Vietnam, Qatar and Spain. This will be Mr. Sanders’ first assignment in Shenzhen.

近日阮兆军先生（Mr. Edward Ruan）出任安徽高速玛丽蒂姆酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店的日常经营和战略管理工作。

阮兆军先生拥有超过18年酒店运营及管理经验。他从基层培训生做起，以严谨认真、注重质量、追求完美的工作态度，先后就职于洲际，丽笙，金鹰等多个酒店集团，积累了丰富的豪华酒店管理及运营的经验，在经营管理、市场战略、宾客满意度、人才培养及员工满意度等方面均取得了卓越的成果。

苏州湾恒力国际酒店任命总经理助理

随国瑞先生

近日，苏州湾恒力国际酒店正式宣布任命随国瑞（Gary Sui）先生为酒店总经理助理，协助总经理管理酒店日常运营。

随国瑞先生在酒店业拥有18年丰富的餐饮及宴会运营管理经验。2003年他的酒店生涯正式开始，他曾在青岛海景花园大酒店、同里湖度假村等国内口碑名列前茅的酒店担任餐饮总监、房务总监、总经理助理等职务，参与了同里湖度假村二期的筹备筹开工作，他对于餐饮服务创新、大型活动策划指挥、VIP接待、成本预算把控、新项目的筹备筹开、人员培养等有着丰富的管理经验，同时他也参与完成了2008年奥运会（青岛帆船赛英国队）、国际海军节、恒力集团项目奠基仪式等大型多次接待任务。同时2021年他又以出色的成绩完成了IHMA饭店业高级职业经理人的学业。之后，随国瑞先生加入苏州湾恒力国际酒店，凭借着深厚的餐饮背景及独到的见解，再次成为总经理的左膀右臂。

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Helen Wang as Resident Manager at Renaissance Shanghai Caohejing Hotel, effective from August 4, 2021. She will oversee the hotel operations in all directions.

Helen has more than 20 years working experience in the hospitality. She started her career journey with Marriott at the Westin Bund Center Shanghai and then pursue the development by joining Courtyard Xujiahui as Director of Operations. She continue to enhance the knowledge and service excellence. Prior to this new assignment, she was tasking force at Shanghai Marriott Hotel Pudong South.

We believe Helen would discover something wonderfully new with this lifestyle brand. In her spare time, Helen likes travelling, reading and music. 罗冲先生拥有17年的酒店销售工作经验。他的酒店生涯始于宴会服务，曾在浙江世博大酒店、苏州同里湖大饭店，分别出任上海区域市场总监、市场分析经理等职务。足迹遍布上海，浙江，苏州等城市，对于商务型酒店和度假型酒店皆有独特的见解。此次履新前，他在苏州苏州湾艾美酒店担任销售总监一职，全面负责公司客户、会议以及宴会客户的开发。期间积累了丰富的酒店销售以及管理经验，尤其在市场销售方面取得了骄人的成绩。

Recently, Suzhou Bay Hengli Grand Hotel officially appointed Mr. Peter Luo as the Director Of Sales and Marketing . He will assist the General Manager in the preparation and operation of the hotel’s sales strategy, market promotion, and revenue management.

Peter has 17 years of sales experience in hotel . He started his hotel career as a banquet service. He worked at Zhejiang World Expo Hotel and Suzhou Tongli Lakeview Hotel  served as the Marketing Director and Marketing Analysis Manager. He has worked all over Shanghai, Zhejiang, Suzhou and other cities, and has unique insights into business hotels and resort hotels. Prior to this new appointment, he served as the Sales Director at Le Méridien Suzhou, Suzhou Bay, where he was fully responsible for the development of corporate customers, meetings and banquet customers. During this period, he accumulated a wealth of hotel sales and management experience, especially in marketing and achieved remarkable results.

近日，北京丽晶酒店正式宣布由郭飞先生于2021年8月起担任酒店行政主厨一职。郭飞先生在奢华酒店行业拥有28年的烹饪管理经验，特长兼具中西饮食风格。在加入北京丽晶酒店之前，他在北京华尔道夫酒店担任行政总厨。

张鹰先生

张鹰先生有着丰富的餐饮经验。他1990年开始第一份正式在酒店业的工作。之后他在品牌酒店、知名的餐厅集团及私人投资企业中担任大区经理、区域副总裁等职位。在这些工作中他不断提升自己的餐饮知识和理念理解。此次任命前，他在虹桥西郊庄园丽笙大酒店担任餐饮总监。现在他加入万豪开始新的历程，进一步探索职业生涯。

闲暇之余，他喜欢摄影和旅行。我们很高兴张鹰先生成为我们万丽团队的一员。相信凭借他专业的餐饮知识一定会使酒店取得更好的成绩。

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Patrick Zhang as Director of Food and Beverage at Renaissance Shanghai Caohejing Hotel, effective from August 9, 2021. He will be in charge of all F&B service and culinary departments.

Patrick has solid FB background. His first job in the hospitality dates back to 1990. He kept developing in different roles and functions in hotels, famous dining groups and private funding enterprises where he achieved title as area GM, VP of Operations and etc.  From those working experience, he enhanced his FB knowledge and expand concept understanding. Prior to this new assignment, he accepted the job at Radisson Blu Forest Manor Shanghai Hongqiao as Director of Food and Beverage. He now begins his journey with Marriott to explore something wonderfully new in his career development.

In his spare time, Patrick likes photography and travelling. We are happy to have Patrick in the Renaissance Team. With Patrick’s solid experience in Food & Beverage, we are confident that he will lead the team to a greater success.

上饶富力万达嘉华酒店任命行政总厨

蔡海新先生

近日，上饶富力万达嘉华酒店任命蔡海新先生为酒店行政总厨。蔡海新先生从业30余年，并有超过20年的厨房管理经验，工作足迹遍布大江南北，先后服务于希尔顿、洲际等国际酒店集团，积累了丰富的烹饪经验。

作为地道的广东人，蔡海新先生尤为擅长中餐粤菜，他在保留传统粤菜口味的同时，加以现代化的烹饪手法，为食客呈现全新美食之旅。

蔡海新先生履新后，将全面管理酒店品珍中餐厅、美食汇全日餐厅、大堂酒廊及宴会厅等营业点的厨房运作，相信蔡海新先生精湛的烹饪和管理技艺将为酒店宾客带来难以忘怀的美食体验。

Mr. Jack Cai has been appointed as Executive Chef of Wanda Realm Shangrao. Chef Cai has more than 30 years’ experience of Chinese cooking and over 2 decades of Chinese kitchen operation experience, he has served in number of international brand hotels such as Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton Hotels & Resorts in most places of China.

Chef Cai is a native Cantonese, he is proficient in Cantonese cuisine. He preserves traditional flavors and modern cooking skills to open a new food journey.

Chef Cai will be in charge of hotel Chinese and Western kitchen operation. We are looking forward to present an unforgettable experience to the hotel guests.

武汉万达瑞华酒店任命行政总厨

武卫东先生

近日，武汉万达瑞华酒店正式任命武卫东先生担任酒店行政总厨一职，全面负责酒店厨房日常运营及厨师团队管理工作。

武卫东先生拥有近30年的烹饪经验，其中拥有10余年行政总厨管理经验。他先后在中国大饭店、北京香格里拉嘉里、北京柏悦、长春香格里拉大酒店、呼和浩特香格里拉大酒店、郑州富力万达文华酒店等担任行政总厨一职，带领团队创新菜品，为宾客创造新颖独特的珍馐美馔，并获得了卓越的成绩。

“因为热爱，所以坚持”。精通欧洲、亚洲及中式菜肴烹饪之道的武卫东谈及美食便满腔热忱。他提到：“我喜欢与客人沟通，通过沟通了解他们的需求，并根据其需求对食品进行改良提升。我希望我的团队都能在灵活变通中将灵气和地方特色注入美食，让客人因为品尝到我们所烹饪的美食而感到愉悦。”
