Yongle Huazhu Hotels Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Xin Zhang as General Manager of Steigenberger Jinan Fengming and Song Hotel Jinan Fengming, effective from 9 August 2021.

Mr. Zhang Xin graduated from Washington State University and majored in Business Administration. Prior to accepting this position, he has considerable experience as General Manager and ExCom member in upscale brands with Hyatt, Intercontinental and Shangri-La groups for more than 30 years. It has led him to work in various cities in China, such as, Qingdao, Nanjing, Zhuzhou, Shijiazhuang, Xiangyang and Zhongshan. With extensive knowledge and experience of upscale brands, Mr. Zhang brings a proven track of success in hospitality and operation management fields, which will be invaluable in meeting the company goals and objectives.

We are confident that Mr. Zhang Xin's rich career experience is very consistent with the business strategy of Yongle Huazhu Hotels Group. Mr. Zhang Xin will be an excellent match for the position, and leading the hotel teams to explore innovative opportunities in order to start a new chapter. We wish him every success in his new role.

岱云森先生

近日，南昌力高皇冠假日酒店任命李睿女士(Ms. Reise Li)为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的整体运营和战略管理工作。

李睿女士拥有超过30年的酒店管理经验，先后于香格里拉、凯悦、雅高、洲际等多家国际酒店集团担任要职，是一位优秀的本土酒店管理人。履新前，李女士于2017年加入洲际集团，担任西安皇冠假日酒店总经理，在此之前李女士曾任西安人民大厦索菲特酒店酒店助理经理和酒店经理。

多年的管理经验塑造了李睿女士卓越的战略性思维、敏锐的市场洞察力、出色的领导才能和优秀的沟通能力，尤其对餐饮及市场销售有着深入的思考和理解。李女士在经营管理、市场战略、宾客满意度、人才培养及员工满意度等方面均取得过卓越的成就。

Recently, Crowne Plaza Nanchang Riverside is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Reise Li as General Manager of the hotel. She will be fully responsible for hotel operation and strategy Management.

Ms. Reise Li has more than 30 years of hotel management experience and has held important positions in many international hotel groups such as Shangri-La, Hyatt, Accor, InterContinental, etc., and is an excellent local hotel manager. Before taking up her new position, Ms. Li joined the InterContinental Group in 2017 as the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Xi’an. Prior to this, Ms. Li served as the Executive Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager of Sofitel Xian on Renmin Square.

Many years of management experience have shaped Ms. Li's excellent strategic thinking, keen market insight, outstanding leadership and excellent communication skills, especially in catering and sales marketing with in-depth thinking and understanding. Ms. Li has made outstanding achievements in business management, market strategy, guest love, talent development, and employee satisfaction.

Ms. Li Rui is currently a representative of the Xi'an Municipal People's Congress. During her duty, she actively made suggestions, participated in social activities, fulfilled social responsibilities, and contributed to the flourishing development of the hotel industry.

海口华彩华邑酒店任命餐饮总监

苏旭先生

海口华彩华邑酒店正式任命苏旭先生担任酒店餐饮总监一职位，他将全面负责海口华彩华邑酒店的餐饮服务及厨房运营管理工作。

 

苏旭先生拥有超过12年的奢华品牌酒店从业工作经验，他曾先后效力于洲际酒店集团的洲际品牌、皇冠假日品牌和英迪格品牌，万豪集团及希尔顿集团旗下酒店，并拥有外派海外工作经历，让他在酒店餐饮运营方面积累了丰富的工作经验和执行能力，培养了其独特的餐饮理念及市场洞察力。

 

乐于创新及探索本地餐饮文化的他，喜爱在旅行中发现美食奥秘，在阅读中增长知识。旅行和阅读让自己有更多时间思考，同时也热衷在不同地域探索更多新鲜餐饮信息和元素，以丰富他的阅历，并充分地应用于工作生活中。

李重阳先生

近日，李重阳先生（Mr. Justin Li)被任命为苏州湾恒力国际酒店餐饮部总监，全面负责酒店餐饮筹备及开业后的运营管理工作。

 

李重阳先生于2001年加入雅高酒店管理集团，并先后就职于雅高，希尔顿，玛丽蒂姆，恒大等酒店管理集团，足迹遍布于上海、无锡、常州、武汉等地。拥有超过20年的国际品牌筹开及运营经验。这些使他更加注重于餐饮的细节和市场需求的把控。

近日，苏州湾恒力国际酒店正式任命姚静女士（Ms. Grace Yao)出任房务总监一职，全面负责酒店前厅部，客房部以及康体中心的运营与管理工作。姚静女士将秉承乾量酒管公司“至尊至诚，关爱永恒”的服务理念，为宾客打造怡人的入住体验。
