   通过提问的方式告诉小朋友什么是自律？

  “教练为什么可以把球打得很好呢？”

  “因为教练不管大太阳还是大暴雨都能坚持每天练球1-2小时，严格要求自己要做到自律”，所以想要把球打得又高又远，我们都要学会自律，自觉遵守课堂的规则和挥杆口令。

   Tell children what self-discipline is by asking questions?

   "Why can a coach play the ball well?" 

   Because the coach can practice the ball for 1-2 hours every day regardless of the sun or the rainstorm, and is strictly required to be self disciplined. "Therefore, if we want to play the ball high and far, we should learn to be self-discipline and consciously abide by the classroom rules and swing command.

   高尔夫球包里面会有三种球杆：木杆、铁杆、推杆。

   There are three kinds of clubs in the golf bag: wooden, iron and putter.

   第一步：双脚站开，第二步：小屁股往后，第三步：膝盖弯曲。
