He will take a full charge of the operations of CTG Hotel and its subsidiaries both at home and abroad to further enhance the multi-brand accommodation service experience.Mr. Kim has gained extensive experience in hotel management at top executive positions such as General Manager and Vice President of Operations for Greater China at international brand hotel management groups including Hilton Hotels Corporation, Meliá Hotels International, Howard Johnson International, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Wyndham Hotel Group. 北京柏悦酒店任命总经理 杨荣先生

北京四季酒店任命餐饮总监 于喆先生
近日，北京四季酒店任命于喆先生担任餐饮总监一职。于喆先生硕士毕业于法国瓦岱勒国际商学院酒店管理专业，自2006年加入酒店行业至今，工作足迹遍布法国、布鲁塞尔、北京和沈阳，在国内外多个酒店品牌积累了丰富的餐饮工作经验，多元化的工作环境使他了解中西方文化的特质，能更好地掌握客人的喜好及需求。通过过往的工作经验，于喆先生充分了解客房部、管家服务、行政酒廊及会员接待等部门的运营情况，并在中餐厅、全日制餐厅及大堂酒廊有着非常丰富的餐厅运营经验，擅长餐饮管理及大型活动的运营。于喆先生曾于2012年在北京四季酒店开业之际担任Opus大堂酒廊副经理，并拥有5家酒店的开业经验，具备良好的团队合作精神，善于沟通并具备领导力。此次回到北京四季酒店他表示非常荣幸和开心，北京四季酒店的经典奢华也使他十分难忘，相信再次携手定将带来新的改变与精彩。Four Seasons Hotel Beijing has recently appointed Mr. Yu Zhe as Director of Food and Beverage. Mr. Yu has a master’s degree in hospitality management from Vatel International Business School in France and has been working in the hospitality industry since 2006. His rich experience with renowned hotel brands in France, Brussels, Beijing, Shenyang, etc. has nurtured his acumen in dealing with the eastern and western cultures, thus allowing him to better understand the preferences and needs of guests.Not only is Mr. Yu versed in the operations relating to housekeeping, butler service, executive lounge and member reception, he is an expert with a track record of operating Chinese restaurants, all-day restaurants, and lobby lounges. Catering management and large event operation are his areas of expertise. As a specialist who played a part in the openings of five hotels, Mr. Yu contributed to the grand opening of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing in 2012 as Deputy Manager of Opus Lounge, showcasing impressive teamwork spirit, communication skills and leadership.
