孙世祺先生于1996年开启其酒店职业生涯,拥有超过26年的酒店从业经验,在餐饮出品及宾客体验方面都有着独特的见解和成熟的理念。

Marvelous Life Third-party Hotel Management Company (MTHM) is delighted to announce Mr. Carson Sun as the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Guangzhou Zengcheng, who will be fully responsible for the preparation and operation management of the hotel, which opened in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Mr. Sun started his hospitality career in 1996 and has over 26 years of hospitality experience, with unique insights and proven concepts in both food & beverage production and guest experience.
As a senior hotel manager, he has held senior management positions in Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International and InterContinental Hotels Group, accumulating rich experience in hotel operation and management. Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Sun served as Director of Operations at Hilton Dongguan.
Mr. Sun is passionate for the hospitality industry and has the courage to take on challenges, he is excited to thrive with Hilton and start a new career in Zengcheng, Guangzhou, a state-level economic development zone that has grown rapidly in recent years. Wanda Vista Tianjin announced that Mr. Leslie Xv has been promoted from Director of Sales & Marketing to Executive Assistant Manager of the hotel, which affects from 1 January 2023. In his new role, he will assist the General Manager in the daily operation and management of Wanda Vista Tianjin. Mr. Xv has nearly 20 years of experience in hospitality industry. He previously held sales management positions at InterContinental, Wyndham and Wanda Hotels & Resorts, and has a wealth of experience in analysis of hotel marketing strategies, public relations, MICE and corporate relationships, revenue analysis.
Mr. Xv joined Wanda Vista Tianjin in April 2013 as Director of Catering & Banquet during the hotel’s pre-opening phase. Mr. Zhao graduated from the University of Birmingham with a master's degree in hotel management, and started his hospitality career at Hyatt Regency Birmingham in 2007, with more than 16 years of hospitality experience, he has held senior management positions in different brands of hotels under Hyatt Group, InterContinental Group and Hilton Group, accumulating rich experience in hotel catering services and operation management. Prior to his new appointment, Mr. Zhao was the Executive Assistant Manager of Tivoli Chengdu and Oak Serviced Apartments Chengdu, where he was responsible for the preparation and operation management of the hotel operation departments. Mr. Zhao also holds a Senior Sommelier Level 3 certificate and has expertise and unique insights into wines and spirits. Mr. Fu Chengjun, from Hunan Province, has more than 12 years of working experience in the catering industry. He has worked in Shangri-La Group, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, intercontinental Group Flag Holiday Inn, Kempinski Hotel Xiamen successively. His professional footprints have covered many cities such as Xiamen, Guilin, Fuzhou, Changsha, etc. He joined Dongguan Chang 'an International Hotel in 2010 and served in the position of food and beverage management in Shangri-La Hotel Guilin from 2017. Then he participated in the opening of Hyatt Place Changsha Airport as the restaurant manager in 2021, responsible for the food and beverage operation management. In 2022, he joined the Ramada Nanhai Foshan City as the Food and beverage Manager until his current appointment.
