•Responsible for handling office daily administrative and personnel works.•Composing the monthly HR and Non-HR expenses reports, prepare, compile & dispatch documents, emails and presentations for efficient and effective communication. 撰写月度人力资源和非人力资源费用报告;准备、编辑和分发文件、电子邮件和演示文稿等。•Handle calls and customers complaint and baggage claim to maintain company's good external image.处理电话和客户投诉/行李理赔,维护公司良好的外部形象。•Develop, implement & maintain document management systems to ensure availability of up to date & accurate information.•Facilitate orientation and induction of new staff to ensure a clear understanding of organization and ease of settling in.•Ensure availability of office supplies, equipments and facilities for efficient and effective office operation and function.•Communicate with business partners, staff and other stake holders for effective PR and customer relations.与商业伙伴、员工和其他利益相关者沟通,以建立有效的公共关系和客户关系。•Support sales and marketing activities.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Mandarin. •Expert of Microsoft Outlook,Word,Excel and Power point•Excellent Communication / Interpersonal Skills•Basic Accounting Knowledge•Obey the company’s adjustment and management, and have a team spirit. •A willing helper with sense of responsibility, be careful with routine assignment, positive attitude, and hard working. 乐于助人﹑有责任感﹑对待工作认真负责﹑积极热情﹑踏实敬业。•Candidate with airline administrative secretary and customer service experience will be firstly considered. 具有航空公司行政秘书和客服服务工作经验者优选考虑。Job location: Downtown office in Guangzhou
