工作内容：

• 按旅客要求负责订票、退票、改签机票，协助票务经理与销售同事处理票务任务、旅客沟通等其他销售工作

• 能与旅客、代理或企业客户建立友好关系

• 通知旅客或代理所有关于航班最新信息

• 监控好预订、候补、系统时间限制、退票等其他销售工作

  
  

任职要求：

• 男女不限，印尼国籍，学历本科毕业以上，优先旅游或民航专业，年龄25岁以下

• 可接受目前就读于大学或应届毕业生，有航司或旅行社有工作经验者优先

• 语言要求：英语和汉语（听说读写），已完成至少HSK4级或以上为优先

• 熟悉使用GDS系统优先，例如GALILEO、AMADEUS等其他GDS系统

• 强大的客户服务能力，合作态度，能够处理多任务和注重细节

• 能够在压力下工作，并愿意工作时间灵活安排以及愿意加班

• 学习速度快，责任心强

SALES ASSISTANT (FULL TIME) 

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Support Ticketing Manager and Sales Team in handling refund, reissue, reschedule or rebook as customers request

• Build relationship with customer, corporate and travel agent

• Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights

• Monitor pending reservation, waiting list, time limit, refund request etc. 

  
  

QUALIFICATION:

• Male/Female, Indonesian, candidate must be possess at least Bachelor degree, preferably from Tourism or Civil Aviation major, maximum 25 years old

• Fresh Graduate(s) are welcome; having a work experience at Airlines or Travel industries as ticketing staff is a PLUS

• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (writing, reading, listening and speaking), already completed min. HSK 4 or more is a PLUS

• Familiar with GDS System such as Galileo, Amadeus, etc. 

• Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented

• Able to work under pressure and willing to flexible in terms of scheduling or overtime

• Fast learning and have a high responsibility sense

Monday – Friday 09:00 – 16:00, Saturday 09:00 – 12:00
