近日，天津东凯悦酒店正式宣布任命盖然先生为酒店总经理。在出任该职位之前，他曾担任银川建发大阅城凯悦嘉轩嘉寓酒店的总经理。

盖先生的故乡是素有国家历史文化名城之美誉的太原市。他大学在西安就读于西北大学旅游管理专业，1999年取得了学士学位后，加入西安凯悦酒店，开启了自己的酒店职业生涯。在随后的17年里，盖先生先后在西安凯悦酒店、西安香格里拉大酒店、南京索菲特银河大酒店和北京西单美爵酒店担任前厅部、销售部、市场部、房务部及行政管理层的重要职位。2016年，任职银川建发大阅城凯悦嘉轩嘉寓酒店的总经理。

Hyatt Regency Tianjin East is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Will Gai as its new General Manager. Before joining Hyatt Regency Tianjin East, Mr. Gai was the general manager of Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Yinchuan Dayuecheng.

Will grew up in Taiyuan in Shanxi province and believes his genial nature led him to his vocation. “Hospitality seemed to come naturally to me,” he recalls. In 1999, after graduating with a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Northwest University in Xi’an, Will commenced his hospitality career as a receptionist at Hyatt Regency Xi’an. Over the subsequent 17 years, he rose through front office, sales, marketing, operations and management roles at Hyatt Regency Xi’an, Shangri-La Hotel Xi’an, Sofitel Nanjing Galaxy Suning and Grand Mercure Beijing Central. In 2016, Will advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Yinchuan Dayuecheng.

Recently, Mr. Neige Yuan has been appointed as General Manager of Hilton Nanjing, in charge of hotel management and the future commercial and strategic positioning.

Majoring in hotel management, Mr. Neige Yuan started his career in F&B management in Paris after graduated from France. Neige joined Hilton after going back to China and he has gained over 20 years’ working and pre-opening experience of hospitality industry in Hilton hotels and drove his career through successful managerial appointments in different cities including Beijing, Hefei, Wuxi, Zhengzhou and Shenzhen. Before joining Hilton Nanjing, Mr. Neige Yuan worked as General Manager at Hilton Guangzhou Science City, demonstrate excellent performance in this first rebranded Hilton hotels in Hilton GCM Region. With all above career development, Neige had experienced and strong ability in operation, marketing strategy, F&B innovation and team building.

近日，成都协信中心希尔顿酒店任命沈赋先生担任总经理一职，全面负责酒店的营运管理工作。

Hilton Cengdu Chenghua has recently named Mr. John Shen as general manager of the hotel, fully responsible for the operation and management of the hotel.

Martin Zhu has been appointed as new Director of Food & Beverage for Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor.

In this position, Martin will oversee the administrative and operational management functions of the hotel’s food & beverage venues, as well as the banquet and culinary team. In addition, he will also expand long-term strategies for the food and beverage capabilities of the hotel in face of increasing competition, thereby enhancing hotel’s position, known as the key hotel among top 5-star hotels in Shanghai.

Martin brings with his around 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry. Chef Nicholas Richard Blair has been appointed Executive Chef of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou. Hailing from Australia, Nicholas has been passionate about cooking since he was very young. He constantly developed new cooking ideas and has mastered the art of exquisite food flavour parings and presentation.

During his childhood, Nicholas gardened and cooked with his father, which gave him a unique insight into, and deep love for, cooking. Since then, he worked successfully in some of the best restaurants in his native country including Botanical Melbourne and Ritz Carlton Sydney. After coming to Asia, Nicholas continued his pursuit of food. He has worked at Shangri La, Intercontinental, Fairmont and other well-known international hotel brands, and he has accumulated more than 20 years of rich working experience. Prior to becoming executive chef of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou, Nicholas served as executive chef of the opening team of Fairmont Hotel.

Nicholas successfully oversaw banquet operations ranging from 100 to 5000 people in exclusive locations throughout Asia, among which The Great Wall of China fashion show dinner was his personal favorite, and experienced the Beijing Olympics in 2008 as well. When he was working in Shangri-La Pudong, Shanghai, he made the - Guinness Book of Records 2015 ‘Breaking record for the most amount of pizza throwing at the same time’ for the “More than Aware” Breast Cancer Foundation which fully demonstrated his superb leadership management skills and driving quality from boutique events to large scale operations.

Nicholas earned two master certificate in hospitality management and essentials of hospitality, as well as certificates in strategic hospitality management, hospitality marketing and financial management from Cornell University. His experience and passion for finding fresh local products and the best ingredients in the world, while embracing avant-garde technology, is what makes his cuisine popular.

With years of experience and a passion for delicious food, Nicholas will work with his team at Grand Hyatt Hangzhou to bring us an extraordinary culinary experience through continuous research and the development of new cooking skills and methods using a selection of high-quality raw materials.

近日，重庆富力凯悦酒店任命包振忠先生担任重庆富力凯悦酒店行政总厨一职，他将全面负责酒店餐厅与宴会厨房团队的日常运营和管理工作。

包先生来自于上海。作为一名经验丰富的专业厨师, 他对制作美食的过程充满热情, 并总是致力于超越食客的期待。

自2004年起,包先生开始在上海外滩米其林三星餐厅担任初级厨师长,而后又先后就职于上海外滩茂悦酒店,上海柏悦酒店,宁波柏悦酒店,宁波东钱湖希尔顿度假酒店和义乌万豪酒店及行政公寓。

9年的凯悦酒店与2年的米其林三星餐厅工作经历，使包振忠先生对于现代餐饮行业有全面且独到的见解，并且激励着他始终追求更高标准的烹饪和对客服务。

Hyatt Regency Chongqing has announced the appointment of Bob Bao as Executive Chef.  

Mr. Bao will be responsible for daily operations of all hotel outlets.

Bob grew up in Shanghai, one of the most famous and historic cities in China. As one professional Chef with great experience, he is passionate about transforming fresh ingredients into exquisite cuisines and is eager to exceed guests’ expectations.

In 2004, He started as Junior Sous Chef at Sens-Bund Michelin starred restaurants. Starting from then, he has advanced in F&B culinary and management roles at Hyatt on the Bund, Park Hyatt Shanghai, Park Hyatt Ningbo, Hilton Ningbo Dongqian Lake Resort and Yiwu Marriott Hotel & Yiwu Marriott Executive Apartment.

Two-year Michelin experience and nine-year in Hyatt have given Bob a comprehensive insight in modern catering industry and inspired him to be responsible for higher standard in culinary and customer service at all time.

With Bob’s extensive experience, outstanding management skills and passion for Hyatt, we believe the Hyatt Regency Chongqing team will consistently position as a landmark for culinary excellence in Chongqing.
