近日，凯悦酒店集团任命孙家麟先生出任合肥君悦酒店总经理一职，全面负责酒店运营及管理工作。

孙家麟先生拥有超过19年的酒店管理经验，2001年作为销售经理加入济南贵和皇冠假日酒店，开启他的酒店职业生涯。在随后的13年间，孙家麟先生先后在济南贵和皇冠假日酒店、丹东皇冠假日酒店、济南喜来登酒店担任市场销售部及行政管理层的重要职位。2014年，孙先生出任泰安宝龙福朋喜来登酒店总经理一职，随后于2016年调转至烟台金沙滩喜来登度假酒店任总经理一职，2018年担任淄博喜来登酒店总经理一职。一年后，孙先生被遴选为山东省区域总经理，分管六家万豪集团酒店。

Hyatt is pleased to announce the selection of Billy Sun as General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hefei.

Mr. Billy Sun has more than 19 years of progressive experience in hospitality industry. In 2001, Billy commenced his career as a Sales Manager at Crowne Plaza Guihe Jinan and over the subsequent 13 years, rose through sales, marketing and management ranks at Crowne Plaza Guihe Jinan, Crowne Plaza Hotel Dandong and Sheraton Jinan Hotel.

In 2014, he advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at Four Points by Sheraton Tai’an before moving in the same role to Sheraton Yantai Golden Beach Resort in 2016 then Sheraton Zibo Hotel in 2018. A year later, Billy was chosen as Cluster General Manager for six Marriott hotels in the Shandong region.

“I plan to take care of the team and take care of our guests,” says Mr. Sun of his new role at Grand Hyatt Hefei. “I believe this will help both the team and hotel develop and become more successful.”

近日，洲际酒店集团正式任命李德伦先生担任三岔湖长岛天堂洲际酒店酒店经理一职，全面负责酒店管理及运营等各项事务。

IHG has appointed Mr. Allen Li as the Hotel Manager of InterContinental Sancha Lake with effect from 21st August 2020. He will be fully in charge of daily operation and management of the hotel.

Allen has more than 18 years of experiences in the hospitality industry and has been working with IHG, Paradise Portfolio Hotels in the past 13 years. In 2014 and 2015, Allen was assigned to the InterContinental Heilong Lake and InterContinental Chengdu Global Center as Director of Sales. In 2016, Allen was transferred to InterContinental Sancha Lake as Director of Sales & Marketing for hotel pre-opening. With his excellent market acuity, rich expertise and outstanding leadership, he led the Sales & Marketing team to continuously achieve great results. In 2018, Allen was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager. During his tenure in 2 years, he helped the General Manager exceed all business targets.

近日，烟台世茂希尔顿酒店任命刘飞龙先生（Mr. Kelvin Liu）为营运总监，全面负责营运部的日常管理工作。

Recently, Hilton Yantai appointed Mr. Kelvin Liu as the Director of Operations, who is fully responsible for the daily management of operation department.

Before joining Hilton Yantai, Mr. Kelvin Liu took the position as the Director of Operations at The Westin Wuhan Wuchang. During his nearly 20-year-professional career, he has been worked in New Zealand for a decade as well as worked in other international brand hotel groups including Hilton, Marriott, Accor and InterContinental Hotels Group.

Years of transnational work experience gave him deep expertise in catering and marketing, as well as formed unique insight into hotel operation and management. Being as a senior international hotel brand manager, Mr. Kelvin Liu will bring more surprise to Hilton Yantai through his life experience, outstanding in-depth insight and hotel management experience.

Betty has 14 years Sales and Marketing experience. She worked in Shangri-La Hotel Suzhou, Ningbo and Xiamen and was responsible for Event Sales, Event Planning as well as Sales.  She led the team to achieve outstanding results and performance. Betty focuses on understanding the market, analyzing guests’ expectation and formulating strategies to effectively observe market information and increase the overall revenue of hotel.

Ningbo, is the second hometown of Betty and a market she is familiar with. She is a wonderful addition to the Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay team and we know that she will lead Sales and Marketing team to achieve much success.

Mr. Jackie Dong has been selected as Director of Finance of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 24th August, 2020.

Jackie graduated from Monash University, Australia in 2008 with bachelor degree of Business Accounting. In 2010, he started his Hyatt journey from Hyatt Finance Service Center Melbourne Australia and advanced his career as CLT at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen and was subsequently promoted to Chief Accountant in Park Hyatt Sydney thereafter. His most recent post was as Assistant Director of Finance at Grand Hyatt Shanghai prior to joining Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

Jackie has 10 years Finance working experience within Hyatt and respects differentiation and diversity. Wish him all the success in his exciting new assignment.

万时忠先生拥有26年酒店工程筹开、运营及管理工作经验。他曾先后效力于万豪国际旗下的多家喜来登和福朋喜来登品牌，并曾任职广东三正集团工程技术管理中心项目工程总监负责集团酒店工程化管理工作及旗下新酒店前期规划设计及筹备准备工作。履新前，万时忠先生曾在徐州苏宁凯悦酒店任工程总监一职。他在高层建筑酒店项目工程建设及节能管理方面有独到的见解，在休闲度假式酒店的工程维护保养、园林绿化管理与运营节能方面有丰富经验。万时忠先生的职业生涯的大部分时光都在为筹备开业酒店效力，拥有资深且专业的筹备开业经验及工程运营和管理理念。

Wilson Wan has more than 26 years hotel pre-opening, operation and management experience. He served for several Sheraton and Four Points Sheraton brand under Marriott group. He also worked as project engineering director in engineering & technical management center of Guangdong SANGEM Group Limited, which he in charge group hotel’s engineering management and new pre-opening hotel’s pre-planning design and engineering work preparation. Prior to his current position, he was the director of engineering in Hyatt Regency Xuzhou. He has unique insights on high-rise building hotel engineering project and energy saving management as well as rich experience in resort hotel engineering maintenance and garden greening management and operation. Wilson is an expert on pre-opening hotel due to he has worked for pre-opening hotels during most of his career term. He has professional engineering operation and management version and concept.

Wilson participated professional electronic science and technology training, Nortel (Canada) PABX System and Management training, National Safety& Quality Standardization Management and Emergency Plan Preparation training in China Academy of Safety Science and Technology. He also achieved the Professional Qualification Certification of International Registered Senior Hotel Professional Manager from International Accreditation and Registration Institute (IARI) and China Senior Electrical Engineer Registered Qualification Certification.
