宁波杭州湾凯悦酒店宣布多项新任命

Ms. Betty Liu has been selected as Director of Sales and Marketing of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 11th August, 2020.

Betty has 14 years Sales and Marketing experience. She worked in Shangri-La Hotel Suzhou, Ningbo and Xiamen and was responsible for Event Sales, Event Planning as well as Sales.  She led the team to achieve outstanding results and performance. Betty focuses on understanding the market, analyzing guests’ expectation and formulating strategies to effectively observe market information and increase the overall revenue of hotel.

Ningbo, is the second hometown of Betty and a market she is familiar with. She is a wonderful addition to the Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay team and we know that she will lead Sales and Marketing team to achieve much success.

Mr. Jackie Dong has been selected as Director of Finance of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 24th August, 2020.

Jackie graduated from Monash University, Australia in 2008 with bachelor degree of Business Accounting. In 2010, he started his Hyatt journey from Hyatt Finance Service Center Melbourne Australia and advanced his career as CLT at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen and was subsequently promoted to Chief Accountant in Park Hyatt Sydney thereafter. His most recent post was as Assistant Director of Finance at Grand Hyatt Shanghai prior to joining Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

Jackie has 10 years Finance working experience within Hyatt and respects differentiation and diversity. Wish him all the success in his exciting new assignment.

Ms. Vivi Dong has been selected as Human Resources Director of  Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 30th March, 2020.

Vivi graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Switzerland with bachelor degree in Hospitality and HR Management, Honors with Distinction. She started her Hyatt journey as CLT in Hyatt Regency Jinan with completion of all departments’ rotation and advanced her career from Assistant Manager to HRM. Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, Vivi successfully completed Emerging Leader Program.

Vivi will assist the team and continue to be committed to delivering Hyatt Purpose – Advancing Care to all associates, to creating an environment full of Fun and Respect, making every associate grow together within Hyatt.

Mr. Sam Zhang has been selected as Director of Engineering of  Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 10th   June, 2020.

Sam graduated with degree of Engineering and Architecture and started his career in Engineering in 2005 at Guangzhou Ziyun Villa real estate company. Work with excellence and unremitting efforts has always been his motto. Sam then was appointed as Director of Engineering and became Project Director in Guangxi, prior to joining Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

With more than 15 years working and management experience in Engineering, Sam has focused on cultivated team cohesion, encouraging innovation and advocating work-life balance. We believe his participation will inject fresh blood and endless energy into hotel as well as Engineering team.

Mr. William Huang has been selected as Director of Rooms  of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 07th September, 2020.

William graduated from University of New England, Australia with bachelor degree in Hospitality Management and started his career as Assistant Front Office Manager of the Courtyard, Suzhou. He joined Hyatt Regency Suzhou in 2015 and then was promoted to Front Office Manager of Hyatt Regency Xiamen Wuyuanwan thereafter. His most recent posting was as the Assistant Director of Rooms at Hyatt Regency Fuzhou prior to joining Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

Mr. Johnny Zhang has been selected as Director of F&B  of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 07th September, 2020.

Johnny started his career in Events Service at Shangri-La Hotel Shanghai, Pudong. He then joined Swiss Hotel Shanghai as Banquet Operation Manager and F&B Manager. In 2016, as pre-opening team member of Hyatt Regency Shanghai Wujiaochang, he assisted the hotel in opening successfully. His most recent posting was as the Assistant Director of F&B at Shangri-La Hotel Qingdao prior to joining Ningbo Hangzhou Bay.

Welcome Johnny back to Hyatt family, wish him all the success leading the F&B team to provide memorable experience to guests and achieve satisfactory financial results in his new appointment.

黄谙文先生，自2020年07月01日起正式任命为宁波杭州湾凯悦酒店人事部经理。

黄谙文先生的酒店职业生涯始于福州西湖大酒店前厅部，前台及行政楼层的对客服务经验为他之后从事人力资源部的工作奠定了良好的基础。2016年，他作为人事主任加入凯悦大家庭，任职福州仓山凯悦酒店，并凭借在招聘及薪酬福利等工作上的优秀表现，晋升为人事副理，后再次晋升为人事部副经理。

他将继续把凯悦关爱传递给身边的每一个人，预祝他在崭新的岗位上，取得更大的进步和更好的成绩。

Mr. Avan Huang has been selected as Personnel Manager of Hyatt Regency Ningbo Hangzhou Bay, effective from 01st July, 2020.

Avan started his career in Front Office at Lakeside Hotel Fuzhou where he laid solid foundation for his future work in Human Resources. In 2016, he joined Hyatt family and worked in Hyatt Regency Fuzhou as HR Officer. Based on his good performance in recruitment as well as C&B, he was promoted to AM and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Personnel Manager.
