广州南沙国际邮轮母港深圳市新西林园林景观有限公司
项目将航运、地铁等交通枢纽功能与办公、商业、住宅结合，项目以“鲸舟”立意，景观造型灵感来源于以此起彼伏的“海浪”，从街道地面上升至5层的高度，其层层推进，绿树茵茵，仿佛是游离于海面之上的自然绿洲，彰显了一种自然生态的生活方式。 The project combines the functions of transportation hubs with office, commerce, and residential buildings. Based on the concept of “whale-shaped ship”, the landscape design is inspired by the “waves”, lifted up from the street level to the height of 5 floors hierarchically.
“海洋”的设计带来众多的体验要素：海浪、海石、海岛、植物、海滩等元素形成独特的序列空间，合理规划的项目交通与景观布局，兼顾了地铁、大巴、公交、私家车、观光人群的多种需求，并对行李系统、CIQ动线、交通压力等方面充分考虑，根据项目建筑业态划分的六大主题板块，既充满艺术气息，又兼顾旅客、住户、消费人群等的功能性使用，是一个完善的地标性商业型港口综合体。 The green trees are like a natural oasis floating on the sea, showing a natural ecological lifestyle. The design of "ocean" brings many experience elements: waves, sea stones, islands, plants and beaches etc., perfectly creating a characteristic sequence space. The traffic and landscape layout are well organized after taking various demands into account, such as subways, buses, private cars and tourists. The luggage system, the CIQ circulation and traffic pressure etc. are fully considered as well. There are six theme sections in total according to the project's business types, which not only impart the project with artistic flavor, but also fulfill the tourists, residents and consumers’ functional demands. It is a complete landmark commercial port complex.
项目背景 Project Background
南沙国际邮轮母港综合体项目位于南沙区南沙街港前大道东北侧，这个项目最重要的背景便是该片区将由物流作业港区转变为滨海城市片区，为后续该片区经济转型奠定基础。项目占地71935㎡。 Nansha International Cruise Home Port is located in the northeast of Gangqian Boulevard, Nansha District, Guangzhou, China, covering an area of 71,935㎡. Transforming to a coastal city area from a logistics operation port lays the foundation for the subsequent economic transformation of this area.
项目规划将航运、地铁等交通枢纽功能与办公、商业、住宅结合，打造成为兼顾旅客、住户、消费人群等的完善的地标性商业型港口综合体，建成后将成为广州又一枢纽型港口。 The project planned to combine the functions of transportation hubs with office, commerce, and residential buildings, so as to create a comprehensive landmark commercial port complex. It becomes another hub port in Guangzhou after completion.
设计详情 Design Details
律动·无界 Rhythm·Infinity
延续建筑“鲸舟扬帆”的主题，景观以“海洋”为大主题，以鲸舟扬帆时在海面上划出的优美流线为灵感，打造一种连续的流动的景观空间。在景观策略上也希望强调一种“无界”，即空间连接的无界，功能融合的无界，用户共享的无界。高效便捷的空间功能满足全龄化人群的需求，且兼顾全年不同季节的适用性，强化互动性，提升场地活力。 Continuing the architectural theme “sailing of whale shape ship”, the landscape takes “ocean” as the main theme and creates a continuous flowing landscape space with the inspiration from the beautiful streamline drawn on the sea when the whale shape ship sails. The landscape design strategy also emphasizes “infinity”, which means infinite spaces, infinite functions and infinite sharing. Efficient and convenient design greatly satisfiies the demands of people in different groups.Seasonally changes are taken into considerations so as to enhance interaction and vitality of the space.
在项目的南面结合建筑空间关系，沿街节点立面具有对外展示作用，结合海浪元素重点设计，起到项目标识性和文化性，并延展项目沿街展示面，给抵达旅客深刻的第一印象。 In the south façade, some features with wave elements greatly highlight the project’s identity and culture, extend street-side display surface, and more importantly, offer a positive first impression to the visitors. 
首层大广场作为交通集散广场空间，与有机错落的台阶区域形成互动联系。在铺装上以海浪为灵感进行了形式设计，单元的重复为景观空间提供了基本的韵律美。特色灯带与电梯及主要出入口连接，便捷高效引导人流，同时成为景观设计肌理的一部分。在竖向空间的连接上，我们注重绿化元素的引入，形成整体有机的景观界面。在挑台及一些硬景造型上，我们融入船的造型，打造与项目主题统一的设计调性。 As the transportation hub, the plaza on the ground floor links with the terraced space, ensuring better accessibility for the public space. Inspired by the waves, the repetition of the paving provides rhythmic beauty of the landscape space. The featured strip lights linking with escalators and main passages act as parts of the design texture, additionally, provides efficient guidance for the visitors. In the connection of vertical space, green elements are greatly introduced to form an integral and organic landscape interface. In order to unify the design, the designers also create ship shape balconies and merge ship elements with some hardscape.
项目整体采用绿道慢行系统，通过无障碍设计，贯穿二、三层区域空间，带动并增强区域、滨海休闲旅游特性的商业购物发展。出于各种环形慢行跑道的考虑，同时无缝连接了城市绿道系统，使其在我们项目中有一个延伸，使得场地赋予了更加多元复合化的配套功能，增强了互动参与性。 The project adopts the greenway slow-traffic system, connects the spaces of 2nd floor and 3rd floor through barrier-free design, stimulating the commercial development in the region. Jointless connection between the jogging paths and the urban greenway system enriches comprehensive functions and enhances interactive participations in this project.
设计师在北面通过创造阅海长廊景观平台，将分散的场地串联成一个整体，实现了无界，最大限度地发挥两侧的滨海景观。在全龄化乐活场地内融入海绵生态设计理念，且兼顾全年不同季节的适用性，同时注重节能与能源的再循环利用，体现绿色设计。 The designers connect all the dispersed places into an integral piece by creating the Reading Corridor, which maximizes the coastal landscape on both sides and realizes infinity. To showcase ecological design, sponge design concept is introduced to the all-age playground, laying great emphasis on energy conservation and energy reuse.
考虑到场地西面港湾的景观条件更为优越，设计中在西向结构下进行了逐层退台，形成主要的室外公共平台。 Step-like terraces facing towards the west are created considering that the west of the harbor enjoys more superior landscape views.
采用木质扶手及木平台模拟邮轮甲板，并结合跑道打造观海长廊空间。 Combine with the jogging path and increase more spaces for plantings and outdoor settings.
通过抬起的场地模拟层层海浪以呼应珠江营造无界的观海空间。 The site is raised up to simulate layers of waves , responding to the Pearl River's infinite sea-viewing space.
增加绿植及外摆空间，并与船员之家500m慢跑道结合。 Combine with the jogging path and increase more spaces for plantings and outdoor settings.
