Till Martin先生来自德国，拥有丰富的酒店行业从业经验，服务凯悦酒店集团逾25年。他自2016年11月起担任北京望京凯悦酒店总经理，全面负责酒店开业筹备工作，带领团队为酒店带来了全新朝气。酒店于2018年盛大启幕，作为凯悦酒店集团在京第一家核心品牌酒店，令凯悦品牌再度升级。他洞悉中国酒店市场，深谙凯悦殷勤好客之道，这使得他深知来自全球各地高端旅行者的需求，致力将北京望京凯悦酒店打造成一间卓而不凡的酒店。

Till Martin先生的酒店职业生涯始于德国。他于1996年加盟德国科隆凯悦酒店，两年之后担任德国美因茨凯悦酒店餐厅经理一职。随后他来到美国，担任芝加哥柏悦酒店任助理餐厅经理和侍酒师。再次回到德国后，担任柏林君悦酒店餐饮部副总监。2004年重回美因茨凯悦酒店，担任餐饮部总监。2008年至2010年期间，Till Martin先生旅居中东，担任迪拜君悦酒店主管餐饮的餐饮部行政总监。自2010年起，开启了他的亚洲之旅，担任首尔君悦酒店主管餐饮的餐饮部行政总监。2013年，Till Martin先生将他丰富的经验、卓越的技能以及对凯悦酒店品牌无比的热忱带到中国，担任北京东方君悦大酒店驻店经理。

上海浦西万怡酒店

总经理

近日，胡鋆（Angel Hu）正式任命为上海浦西万怡酒店总经理一职。

Angel Hu于2016年加入上海浦西万怡酒店就任市场销售总监一职，后调至运营部门担任酒店房务总监，全面负责酒店前厅部和客房部的日常运营，并主导QA项目。鉴于Angel的出色表现，她于2019年被提升为酒店运营总监，并被上海中建万怡酒店任命为代理总经理，协助上海中建万怡酒店转为特许经营管理酒店。在正式晋升之前，Angel自2021年8月起代理总经理一职，领导酒店收益最大化，制定商业计划并推动主要目标达到平衡计分卡分数。

Angel于2007年加入万豪集团开始她的职业生涯，她拥有超过15年丰富的酒店工作经验，在此期间先后担任酒店重要职位，积累了丰富的领导和管理能力。

Angel Hu is promoted as General Manager at
Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Central, with effect from 1st August 2022.

Angel joined in Courtyard by Marriott
Shanghai Central in 2016 as Director of Marketing and subsequently transferred
to Operations Department as Director of Rooms, where she was fully in charge of
FO & HSKP daily operations and took the lead in QA projects. Given her good
performance, Angel was promoted to be Director of Operations in 2019 and was
assigned as taskforce to support Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai Hongqiao to
transfer to Franchise management. Prior to the position, Angel has acted as GM
role since August 2021, leading the hotel to maximize revenue, formulating
business plan and driving key goals to achieve Balanced Score Card
scores.

Angel started her hospitality career with
Marriott in 2007. In the following 15 years, she progressed through a
succession of key positions, accumulating a wealth of leadership and management
skills.

We are happy to see Angel step into her
first General Manager role and believe she will continue her professional
journey to lead the hotel to steadily improve and create more brilliant
achievements.

announced the appointment of Mr. Michael Chia as the hotel's new General
Manager, who will be fully responsible for the hotel's operations and
management, continuing the century-old InterContinental Group service
philosophy of creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Mr. Chia is a passionate hotelier with over
20 years of management experience in internationally reputable hotel groups.
Cross-culturally sensitive and able to provide strong hands-on-leadership
needed to drive colleague and guest experience. Ability to orchestrate hotel
pre-opening in a very competitive market, manage return on owner investment on
hotel renovation projects and maintain good relationship with owner.

Mr. Chia grew up in Toronto, Canada and
graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism
Management. He has worked in various well-known Hyatt brand hotels in Hong
Kong, Taipei and Macao, Hangzhou, and has achieved outstanding performance. In
2011, he was promoted to Hotel Manager in Sanya and Hong Kong and General
Manager in Beijing with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. At the beginning of
2019, Mr. Chia assumed the role of General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hangzhou.

Mr. Chia is a down-to-earth person and he is
very proud to have worked his way up from the bottom to where he is today. He
said: "I enjoy the fulfilment I get from teamwork in delivering unique
experiences and unforgettable memories for our guests.” In his leisure time,
Michael enjoys circuit training, hiking, Yoga, jogging and love to travel and
explore new places and experience different cultures. He is also looking
forward to experiencing the culture and history of this beautiful coastal city.

Mr. Lam was born and educated in Hong Kong, China. He has over 30
years of experience in hospitality and hotel management experience, covering
Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Dongguan and other regions. Mr. Lam has served
in a number of hotels under the Hyatt Group. After graduating in 1991, he
worked at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, Mr. Lam has been deeply involved in food and
beverage services and management for 22 years in Hong Kong, then, he
transferred to Guangzhou in 2013, with his excellent management experience and
remarkable team management ability, gradually grew into an excellent hotel
professional manager, and also laid a solid foundation in hotel operation

2022年8月29日，近日，三亚亚龙湾喜来登度假酒店任命易绍运先生为新任餐饮部总监，他将全面负责酒店六间餐厅及酒吧、宴会及客房送餐的运营和管理，并监管烹饪厨艺部。

易绍运先生拥有20年的国际连锁酒店从业及管理经验，足迹遍布常德、青岛、南宁、海口、三亚等城市。在加入三亚亚龙湾喜来登度假酒店之前，易绍运先生于常德喜来登酒店担任餐饮总监。此前，他曾在青岛隆和艾美酒店，南宁万豪酒店，三亚万丽度假酒店，海口万豪酒店担任餐饮总监及餐饮部经理等职位。2001年，易绍运先生在三亚亚龙湾假日度假酒店开启了他的职业生涯。

近日，杭州英冠索菲特酒店正式任命莫博煜先生 (Mr. Mohammad Ali Kunhi)担任酒店经理，全面负责酒店日常运营管理工作。与此同时，莫博煜先生荣誉晋升为雅高大中华区餐饮总监，负责雅高大中华区酒店的餐饮运营管理及战略发展。

Chef Kevin has a passion for food and travel. His passion for
