Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with the senior executive of the company to provide administrative and secretarial support. 
  • Responsible for translation, Chinese-English and vv interpretation and text translations. 
  • Convert dialogue and convey the intent of the speaker. Ensure and maintain a good level of communication, Manage responses to emails messages, and other communications. 
  • Administrative duties include but not limited to scheduling appointments handling correspondence claims submissions arranging meetings. 
  • Organize travel and accommodation. 
  • Preparing of meeting minutes. 
  • Ability to handle and manage confidential information. 
  • Responsible for assigned project work, including preliminary analysis and research and preparation. 
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the senior executive. 

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience supporting senior management 
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in English Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin TEM-8 certificate and excellent translation ability 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Driven resourceful and good working attitude 
  • Team player able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in using the functions of MS office, Teams Zoom Skype and other communication tools
