近日，北京金融街丽思卡尔顿酒店正式任命张德先生为酒店总经理，全面负责酒店的运营管理，带领团队实现战略目标。

张德先生拥有近二十年的国际知名品牌酒店经验，足迹遍布北京、上海、广州、杭州以及吉隆坡。在调任北京金融街丽思卡尔顿酒店之前，他曾担任郑州建业艾美酒店总经理。张德先生获得荷兰斯坦登大学国际酒店管理专业的学士学位，以及康奈尔大学战略领导能力、酒店地产投资与资产管理以及社交媒体市场营销多项证书。

Recently, The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Sander van Delden as the General Manager, fully responsible for the overall operation, management and strategic development of the hotel.

Mr. Sander van Delden has nearly 20 years of professional experience at international renowned hotel companies in locations that include Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Kuala Lumpur. Prior to this appointment, he was the General Manager of Le Méridien Zhengzhou.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden University in The Netherlands and various certificates from Cornell University such as Strategic Leadership, Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management, and Social Media Marketing.

The various managerial roles have given Mr. Sander van Delden a unique view on hospitality leadership. He is looking very much forward to working closely with the Ladies and Gentlemen, growing the individual talents, and achieving great results together with the team.

Marriott International recently announced the appointment of Mr. Fu as the General Manager of Chengdu Marriott Hotel Financial Centre who is taking responsibility of the hotel’s commercial and strategic positioning. Mr. Fu ventured into the hospitality industry in 1995, and has accumulated rich experience in hotel operations and management over the past 18 years in different international hotels. Starting from Beijing, he successively held key positions in international brand hotels such as Ningbo and Xi'an, accumulating rich work experience in overall operation and achieving remarkable results.

近日，洲际酒店集团宣布任命刘臣德先生担任厦门海港英迪格酒店总经理一职，他将全面负责酒店的日常运营和管理工作。

Mr. Boris Liu has been appointed as the General Manager of Hotel Indigo Xiamen Harbour recently. He will be fully responsible for the property operation and management. He is an enthusiastic and ambitious hotelier with 16 years of hospitality industry experiences. The majority of which has been with IHG InterContinental brand. His latest role was Resident Manager of InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort where he successfully led and worked with hotel team to achieve excellent performance with his rich experience and solid professionalism, especially in guest satisfaction.

长沙北辰洲际酒店任命酒店总经理

杨安睿先生

近日，洲际酒店集团宣布任命杨安睿先生（Aref Sayegh）为长沙北辰洲际酒店总经理。杨安睿先生来自瑞士，在管理高端酒店、俱乐部与公寓等全球豪华酒店领域拥有28年的丰富经验，这为他带来了深厚的专业知识和国际化的思维模式。杨安睿先生之前曾在全球范围内的丽思卡尔顿、凯宾斯基和诺金酒店工作，足迹涉及欧洲、美国、中国及中东。在瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院接受专业教育后，他开始了自己的职业生涯，并在丽思卡尔顿集团服务了10多年。杨安睿先生的职业生涯卓越非凡，他曾担任阿布扎比皇室的全球宫殿经理。随后，他在广州、无锡、重庆、贵阳和墨西哥坎昆的凯宾斯基酒店担任总经理一职。在加入长沙北辰洲际酒店之前，他就职于北京地标性遗产酒店-北京饭店诺金及北京环球度假区诺金度假酒店，担任总经理一职。

Aref Sayegh is appointed as General Manager of InterContinental Changsha with effective July 3, 2023. Hailing from Switzerland, with 28 years of rich experience in the field of global luxury hospitality of upscale hotels, clubs and residences, Aref brings profound expertise and international business mindset to the position. Aref worked previously at various Ritz-Carlton, Kempinski and NUO hotels around the globe covering Europe, United States, China, and the Middle East. With professional education at École Hôtelière de Lausanne, Lausanne, Switzerland, he started his career and has served at the Ritz-Carlton Group for more than 10 years. Aref expanded his career and served as Worldwide Palace Manager for the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. His journey with Kempinski and NUO then started with his roles as General Manager at Kempinski Hotels in Guangzhou, Wuxi, Chongqing, Guiyang and Cancun, Mexico. He also served at the landmark heritage hotel in Beijing – Beijing Hotel NUO and the star property NUO Resort Hotel at Universal Beijing Resort as General Manager.

Aref Sayegh owns an extensive and strong background in luxury property operations. His leadership experience is specialized in luxury properties management with professional knowledge and understanding of global market. Aref will further elevate InterContinental Changsha to the next level.

近期，希尔顿集团正式任命爱民先生（Amine）为烟台世茂希尔顿酒店总经理。爱民先生将全面负责酒店运营工作，他也非常有信心带领团队为宾客提供更加卓越的服务。

爱民先生来自摩洛哥卡萨布兰卡，他扎根中国市场十余年，拥有丰富的酒店运营及管理经验，曾在雅高、喜达屋、希尔顿管理过多家奢华酒店并取得了斐然的成绩。在加入烟台世茂希尔顿酒店之前，爱民先生曾担任杭州桐庐康莱德酒店总经理一职，带领团队荣获希尔顿亚太区2022年奢华品牌Brighter Together奖项。

Recently, Hyatt Regency Liberation Square Chongqing has appointed Mr. Kan Du as the Executive Chef. With over 33 years of experience in the industry, He will be fully responsible for all culinary -related work in the hotel.

As a senior Hyatt employee, Mr. Kan Du has previously served as Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Beijing, Park Hyatt Beijing, Hyatt Regency Tianjin East, Hyatt Regency Xi'an, Grand Hyatt Shenyang, and Grand Hyatt Changsha. With his superb culinary skills, outstanding leadership, and industry influence, he has established close connections with colleagues and guests. He led the teams at Hyatt Regency Xi'an to win the Black Pearl Restaurant Award for three consecutive years.
