From Jan 2023, InterContinental Hotels Group officially
appointed Mr. Jet Zheng as the General Manager of Yiwu Expo Crowne Plaza. Mr.
Jet Zheng will be fully responsible for the overall operation and management of
the hotel.
Mr. Jet Zheng has more than 15 years of hospitality
industry management experience, and has worked in Starwood Hotels Group,
Radisson Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, Wyndham Hotel Group and
other international hotel brands. As a senior and passionate hotel professional
manager, Mr. Jet Zheng has strong sales and marketing background, excellent
team leadership and coordination ability, keen insight and rich experience in
operation and management. Before taking up his new post, Mr. Jet Zheng worked
as the General Manager of one property under Wyndham Hotel Group. He has unique
business insight, he is good at making personalized services according to the
preferences of guests, and is good at building efficient, cohesive and
enthusiastic service teams in daily management.
He

Wanda
Hotels & Resorts has recently appointed Ms. Lily Li as General Manager (GM)
of Wanda Reign on the Bund. She will be fully in charge of the operation and
management of the hotel, with her rich hotel management experience, Lily will
lead Wanda Reign on the Bund to a new level.
During
Lily’s more than 30 years of managing experience in the tourism industry,
especially in international luxury hotels, Lily has served as the
Secretary-General of the Beijing Tourist Attractions Association and has taken
key positions in both Hilton and Marriot hotels. She joined Wanda group in 2011
and has served as Deputy GM and Hotel Manager for five properties. Before
taking her new position in Wanda Reign on the Bund, she was General Manager of
Wanda Vista Zhengzhou and Wanda Realm Ningde.
Lily

Recently,
Wanda Hotels & Resorts appointed Mr. Eric Li as the General Manager of
Wanda Realm Ningde. In his new role, Mr. Li will be fully responsible for the
operations and management of the hotel.
Mr.
Li was born in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He graduated from Dalian University
of Foreign Languages with a major in English. He has worked in many famous
international and domestic hotels and companies such as Shangri-la, Accor,
Marriott, Wanda, etc. These working experiences entitled his expertise in the
hospitality industry. Mr. Li has served as the general manager of multiple
hotels for more than 10 years. Since he joined Wanda Hotels & Resorts, Mr.
Li has created a unique personal management style with his achievements,
reputation and meticulousness.
Seasoned
in operation and management of luxury hotels, Mr. Li is insightful in marketing
and excellent at team leadership. "I'm glad to be here in Ningde," he

the General Manager of the first Kimpton brand hotel in China. Nabin
graduated from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management. He honed
his hospitality skills with luxury hotel companies including The Peninsula and
Four Seasons for 12 years in 3 countries at 5 different properties, and joined
IHG in 2010. Nabin had worked in Intercontinental Suzhou, Intercontinental
Shanghai Ruijin, Hotel Indigo Shanghai on The Bund and Hotel Indigo Suzhou

Damian Chua joins Wanda Vista Zhengzhou with extensive international and
domestic experience and keeps the high service level which is consistent with
Hotel Wanda Vista Zhengzhou’s“truly unique oriental charm”hospitality.
Prior
to joining Hotel Wanda Vista Zhengzhou, Mr. Damian Chua previously worked as
General Manager, Hotel Manager and senior executive positions in various
international hotel groups including Starwoods Hotels & Resorts, Inter
Continental Hotels Group and Carlson Hospitality Worldwide. Before joining
Wanda Vista Zhengzhou, Mr.Chua was the General Manager of Wanda Vista Changsha,
prior to that, he was the Area General Manager of Nanning and Wanda Vista
Nanning.
Mr.
Damian Chua was born in Malaysia and majored in Hospitality Management at the
Taylor’s University. He pursued an EMBA from University of Minnesota USA and
obtained Master Degree in Master of Business Administration. He speaks fluently
in English, Malay, Indonesian, Chinese, Cantonese, Chaosan and Minnan dialect.
Meanwhile, Mr. Damian Chua is an all rounded professional hotelier, with rich
experience in hotel food and beverage, rooms, sales & marketing, and hotel
operation.

Maggie Zhang has been appointed as the Executive Assistant Manager of Hyatt
Regency Dongguan. Ms. Maggie Zhang, who will be on board on 1 Feb. 2023, will
assist the General Manager with the overall operation management and business
development of the hotel. Ms.
Maggie Zhang has more than 20 years’ work experience in the hotel industry. She used to work for
Swisshotel Group, Shangri-la Group, Starwood Group and Marriott International.
She has gained rich experiences from 10 different hotel brands with both
pre-opening and operating hotel, single and complex hotels’ experiences. She
was promoted to Cluster HRD Marriott Beijing city in 2018. She joined Hyatt
family in 2020 as the Director of Human Resources at Grand Hyatt Changsha, and
internally transferred to Park Hyatt Beijing. Ms. Maggie Zhang has delivered
good figures in both hotels in regards to the turnover ratio, labor cost

Regency Dongguan. She joined the Hyatt Regency Dongguan in 2006 and started her
